Shopping Information
1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save shipping details, and access exclusive offers.
2. How can I place an order on Connective Hardware?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the secure payment process to complete your order.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, processing begins, and changes may not be possible.
4. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All products listed as “Available” on our website are in stock. If an item is sold out, it will be marked as “Out of Stock” or unavailable for purchase.
5. Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk and wholesale orders. Please contact our sales team at 📧 sales@connectivehardware.com for a custom quote.
Payment Information
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and secure online payment gateways. Bank transfers may be available for bulk orders.
2. Is it safe to make payments on your website?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
3. Can I pay in my local currency?
Our store prices are displayed in GBP (£). International customers can pay using their card, and the amount will be converted by their bank at the current exchange rate.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our secure checkout system.
5. Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes, after completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your payment receipt and order details.
Order & Returns
1. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details. You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.
2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.
3. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products, such as clearance or custom orders, may not be eligible.
4. How do I initiate a return?

5. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We’ll prepare your items for safe and secure delivery.
4. Shipping & Tracking
- After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
- You can track your order through the courier’s website until delivery.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- After processing begins, modifications may not be possible.
